45min group fitness classes with personal trainer Cate. Each class is typically less than 8 people and no more than 10 so you get personalised support. There is option for 15 min stretching after class. You’ll be training with a lovely small group of locals, typically between the ages of 35-55 but we do have some superwoman older. Each exercise can be tailored to suit the individual.

$85/hr for one person or book 3 pre-paid personal training sessions for the SPECIAL PRICE: $225.00
SHARE A PT : Two people for $95 per session
Extra $25 pp for additional attendants.
Book a personal training session (one-on-one) to get a more personalised fitness, mobility, balance and strength program. Share a PT is a two-on-one option if you’d like to bring a friend and have a private session. I will track both your progress and build a program to suit.
On your first session I will document your fitness goals and perform some simple tests to see where your strength and balance is at. I can then tailor a fitness program for you with a science-driven approach which will see you efficiently reaching your goals in a truly personalised way.
I will continue to map your improvements as you progress and continue to offer challenges to advance your fitness, mobility and strength. We will work on sculpting the body you desire while working within your limitations and preferences. Adjustments will be made to your training as your program progresses in order to continue to see changes and improvements.

Book an in-home personal nutrition coaching session where I will explain macronutrients and the importance of tracking them. I will break down your daily calories and show you tricks to lower your daily calories while eating more and curbing cravings and hunger.
This is an in-home appointment so I can see the foods you currently eat and use my food scanner to show you the health break-down of them.
