What?

I offer small-group strength development classes, personal training and personal nutrition coaching. Each group class focusses on strength development, mobility, stability, coordination and balance. If you require more one-on-one support you can book a personal training session or a personal fitness and nutrition session. At these private sessions, I will be able to spend the time finding out about your lifestyle, injuries, restrictions, dietary requirements etc and tailor a fitness and/or nutrition program to personally suit you. Would you rather SHARE A PT? You and a friend can arrange for a private training session with me and share the cost between two. (A small surcharge is added for each additional person. Three is a nice number to ensure a personal approach.)

The classes will be run in small groups with Personal Trainer Cate Rainbow who will support everyone to ensure proper movement and prevent injury. There will be a blend of weights and body weight exercises. No high-intensity exercises and no high-impact exercises. We are all about SLOW and CONTROLLED. Personal training sessions are also an option as well as personalised nutrition coaching sessions.
